Go Beyond Your Adult ADHD
Experience the power of coaching
Do you know that you're capable of more in life, but feel like something's missing?
If you have ADHD, you recognize the tension of thinking about everything while trying to do one thing. Anxiety rushes in when you look at the clock and can't remember when you started your task. You should have already finished it. Sometimes you feel lost, or hopeless. You are not hopeless! Your brain is different - uniquely wired, and uncommonly amazing. It's super fast and harder to stop than a bullet train!
Unlock a new appreciation for who you are through the power of coaching. Together we will look at the areas in your life where you desire to see the most growth. I'll help you discover your strengths and show you how they hide in plain sight. Then, we'll co-create customized strategies to help you climb over your challenges. Change starts with awareness. Through the coaching partnership, I can help you focus on the future and move forward in life.

Meet Your Coach!
My name is Ande Underwood. I am fascinated by stories, both real and made-up (Babe Ruth, Eric Liddell, Jason Bourne), and I love a good cup of coffee.
I live in the Birmingham, AL metro area, where I earned a B.A. in Psychology from Samford University. While in college, I struggled to nail down what I wanted to do in life. Besides making people laugh, I really didn’t understand what my strengths were. I only knew that I really wanted to make a difference and invest in people.
After finishing my commitment to the U.S. Army, I went on to work for a number of Fortune 500 companies in various sales and management roles. I was consistently recognized for making positive contributions. I spent some time launching new initiatives in the non-profit space, and also started and ran a successful business (coffee!!!).
While I enjoyed some of the work I did, I became easily bored and frequently distracted. Professionally, I rarely experienced that feeling of being “In the zone,” so I often looked for ways to reinvent myself on the job. It’s amazing that I met or exceeded sales goals every year. My bosses recognized my desire to contribute to the success of others, and several asked me to be a mentor to my peers.
Fourteen years ago, I lost my father, and we added two international adoptions to our family of five. “Overwhelm” took on a new meaning! As I sought spiritual and professional help, I was diagnosed with Adult ADHD. So much of my life since childhood began to make sense. I have finally stopped asking, “What’s wrong with me?”
Later on, as the company I was working for was being acquired, I enrolled in ADHD coach training through the ADD Coach Academy. I learned more about my own ADHD and how I could help others. When I started coaching, I knew it was what I was meant to do.
